main event today 今日の主な出来事
今日、8月12日はカナディアンロッキーツアーの初日です。私は、前日にあまり準備してなく8時30分の出発なので7時ぐらいに起き準備をしました。よく よく考えると日本にいれば2泊3日の普通の旅行なのに荷物は少なめに用意をしていたと思います。あと、カナディアンロッキーの辺りは寒いと聞いていたので 長めの服を用意しました。天気はあまり良い天気ではなく少し心配でした。寮のロビーで集まってから、バスに乗りました。旅行用のバスはうちの大学のバスだ け周りに比べるとボロイので長旅にもつのか心配でした。バスの中は外観と同じで狭く後ろにトイレがありましたが、バスが揺れているのであまり使えないと思 いました。バスが出発して1〜2時間発って15分ぐらいの休憩が設けられていました。その後、寮からバスで出発して3〜４時間経ってからカナダの広大な美 しい山ヤ湖などの自然が見えてきて、カナダの自然は日本のの自然とは違う大きさと美しさがあり、とても感動しました。途中、昼食が設けられていました。こ の場所での昼食はバイキング方式でこの留学で初めて美味しく腹いっぱいに食べたような気がし、満足しました。バスでの長時間の旅はほとんどの時間を寝てい たのに逆に疲労が溜まっていて、到着した頃には眠気と疲労が溜まってました。バスの中でライアンが、映画をバス内のある2台のテレビで放送するように用意 してくれていたの少しは眠気と疲労を抑えられたので感謝します。映画はファインディング ニモを放送していましたが前に見ていないとすべて英語だったので 少ししか理解できませんでした。私たちが、最初に訪れたのはColumbia Icefieldsという大きな山の中にある雪や氷があるものでした。そこは結構寒く、少し厚着をしないといけないところで薄着だったた私は寒さに堪えて ました。山の途中なので少し行って氷の手前のところまで普通のバスで行き、そこから雪上専用のタイヤのでかいバスに乗換えをして行きました。雪上用のバス は最初の難関のものすごい斜面を簡単に下っていきまるでアトラクションのようでした。氷の中をしばらく走り、氷の真中にバスが到着し、降りてみると一面に 氷が広がっていました。そこの氷はものすごく綺麗で、解けた水がすごく透明でさらさらと流れていて、その水に触るとものすごく冷たく、きれいです。その水 はそのまま飲めるほどきれいなので、飲んでみると確かにうまかったです。私たちは、そこで山や氷の写真をたくさん撮りました。その後また雪上用のバスを乗 り、そこからまたバスに乗り、旅行の元のバスへもどりました。そこからまた出発してＢanffへ行きました。Baｎffはいかにも観光地っぽいところで、 所々の店に日本語が見かけられました。夕食は昼食と同じくバイキング方式でした。そして、夕食も終わりバスでホテルへと向かいました。ホテルは歩いてもい けるような距離なのですぐ着きました。ホテルの部屋は寮と違って、トイレ、風呂、テレビ付きの広い部屋でした。その日は、ぐっすり眠れました。

August 12 is a first day of the Canadian Rocky tour today.I didn't prepare so much the day before and I occurred around seven o'clock because we are a departure at 8:30. Luggage was a little though I was a usual travel on the third two night stay in case
of being in Japan upon careful consideration.The bus worried about whether had it in the long journey because only the bus of our university was dirtier than that of surroundings.
There was narrowly a rest room behind to say nothing of in the bus. The mountain came into view after I passed considerably since I left by bus, and in the mountains, there were a size and beauty that was not able to be seen in Japan. The rest and lunch
had been installed on the way.Lunch was delicious for the first time in this going abroad to study in the smorgasbord approach and thought that I ate a full belly.Drowsiness and tiredness collect when I collects, and tiredness becomes travel for a long
time oppositely though I was asleep.I was what that visited first with ice in a big mountain named Columbia Icefields. I was necessary to have been worn a lot of clothes there a little as I was considerably cold. I transferred from bus and there to the b
us with a strapping tire only on the snow usual even as for the place in which it went a little because it was a mountain. In the bus, being able the descent was like alive the attraction as for a terrible slope. Ice has extended all over when the bus ar
rives at the center of ice, and I getoff. Ice flowed the water that was able to be undone terribly beautifully and was terribly cold when feeling after the water. Then, a lot of photographs were taken. The bus afterwards again was changed and it returned
to former bus. I left there again and I went to Banff. Japanese was really seen there by the shop in place place in the place like the sightseeing spot. Each one acted freely by 1 hour and about 30 minutes and took the gathering supper again there. Supp
er was a smorgasbord approach as well as lunch. And, supper also faced the hotel with the end bus. I arrived soon because the hotel was a distance where I was able to go even if walking. Hotel room was a rest room, a bath, and a wide room with the televi
sion unlike the dormitory. I was possible to sleep soundly on the day.

日本にはないスケールの大きい自然に触れることができた。

長時間でのバスでの移動は疲れる。
しかし､その分の価値のある自然のスケールのでかさに感動した。
