The primary language of this seminar will be in English. All materials in this class will be written in English. However, seminar discussion may be held in Japanese so that students can more freely share their ideas. Students will be asked to read materials both in English and Japanese. During each class, will discuss the material in reading circles. Sometimes they are required to give short presentations to the class. Videos and Movies will also be used to supplement the lessons.

Graduation Topic Themes can cover issues such as Comparative Religions, Folklore, and Oral History.
